Holiday Camp Information

BOOK A HOLIDAY CAMP

VENUES

Heartlands High School, Station Road, N22 7ST

Please enter the school via the Community Entrance off the roundabout on Station Road/ Park Avenue.

Walk to the right side of the building, down the service path and enter the sports hall via the double glass doors, walk upstairs and enter the sports hall. Late arrivals or early pick up – please press the doorbell button on the door to let the team know you are there.

Marlborough Primary School, Draycott Avenue, SW3 3AP

Please wait outside the Year 4 entrance door, 10m to the left of the main school glass entrance door.

Early or late drop off/ pick up, please enter via the main glass entrance door and inform the SchoolsPlus Team you are there for NWGA holiday camp.

Queen’s Park, 22 Lonsdale Road, NW6 6RD

Please wait outside the entrance door. Ring the bell that is to the left of the door. Please do not pull on the door as it has an automatic lock.

Tetherdown Primary School, Grand Avenue, N10 3BP

Please wait outside GATE C, which is accessed via the alleyway on the corner of Grand Avenue and Collingwood Avenue. Late arrivals or early pick up – please press the doorbell button on the gate to let the team know you are there. Children are not allowed to play with the toys and the equipment in the school playground.

CAMP INFORMATION

  • Do not send your child to camp if they have a temperature.
  • Ensure your contact details are correct on your account. Failure to provide us with the correct information may cause delays if we need to get hold of you.
  • Children should wear comfortable sports clothes, leotard, shorts, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms or leggings. No dresses or jeans. Long hair must be tied back.
  • Children should wear easy shoes to take off and put on, as they are expected to pop their shoes on each time they go to the toilet.
  • Send your child with a named water bottle and nut-free snacks for mid-session snack time.
  • Send your child with a nut-free packed lunch if staying all day.
  • Email admin@nwga.co.uk if your child is going home with another adult and include your Child’s Name, the Name and Telephone Number of the collecting adult.
  • Medication – make sure it is in a named bag with the child’s action plan. Pass to a Team Member.
  • Late pick up at the end of your child’s session will incur a late fee of £5 per every 5 minutes.

  • For SW3, N10 & N22 camps. Early drop off is from 9am. Standard camp day drop off is from 9.30am. We will not let children in before their booked time.
