At NWG Academy, we’re dedicated to ensuring our community has clarity on all aspects of our classes and activities.

How do I pay for the NWG Academy classes?
All payments are made online. An automatic receipt of purchase is emailed to you. If your child is starting classes mid-term, the website will be showing pro-rata payment due.
Certainly, we maintain that it is essential for every child to experience a class prior to enrolling for the entire term, and parents are welcome to accompany their child.

You will find a full list of all of our classes, locations, age groups and days of the week here.
Our classes are held in schools, community centres, leisure centres and church halls throughout London.
Parents cannot attend classes, but are welcome to join us for a watching class once a term. If your child has a specific condition that requires extra help such as epilepsy, diabetes or autism, you are welcome to stay.
Yes, you can pay with childcare vouchers. NWG Academy is OFSTED registered as a childcare provider, and we accept Childcare Vouchers.
All NWG Academy sessions carry public liability & indemnity insurance.
Yes, our teachers are fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches or qualified Dance teachers. They are DBS checked. There is always a fully qualified teacher and  a trained First Aider present at the venue.
In gymnastics we aim to maintain a maximum ratio of 8:1 children to coach.
Yes, you can join mid-term as long as we have space for your child in the class. Just contact us at admin@nwga.co.uk and we will confirm the pro-rata fees for the rest of term. Click here to find a class.

Children must wear a combination of a leotard, leggings, t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms or shorts. Skirts, dresses and jeans are not permitted. No footwear required.

For safety reasons no jewellery can be worn and long hair must be tied up.
